Tangy Red Pepper & Asparagus Salsa

Our own version of a versatile favourite, this tasty preserve features the delicious asparagus we harvested earlier this season, apple cider vinegar we made at the farm, cayennes we grew in our hoop house, and local honey. We’re grateful for another fun collaboration with our friends at Rootham’s Gourmet Preserves in Guelph, who stepped us through this process and made it possible for us to preserve the harvest!
