Enjoy a selection of succulent, flavourful heritage pork cuts from the happy herd of naturally-raised pigs at Grassy Flats Farm. Each Grab Bag includes roughly 10 pounds of mixed cuts, (6-8 separate packages) featuring a combination of garlic sausage, bacon, ground pork, pork chops, a 3-4lb cured ham or shoulder roast, and spare ribs. Let us pick a combo for you ("surprise me"), or tell us if there's a cut you know you DON'T want and we'll make sure to hand pick a box without it!
