Our ciders use a number of locally sourced ingredients. We want to give thanks to everyone who helps make our products delicious!
We grow specialized cider apples in our orchards at Heartwood. However, our friends Mike & Mark Vansteenkiste at Twin Pines are always there to provide us with what we don't have here. Twin Pines is a beautiful place, the apples are high quality, and Mike and Mark have been so generous with their support of us, as well as so many other Ontario craft cideries.Visit their website
Our ciders are almost all inspired by what we grow here on the farm. However, we don't grow many of our ingredients in large enough quantity for production. Enter Matthew Setzkorn of Andrews' Scenic Acres. These folks grow the finest berries around and it's so great to have a supplier of high-quality fruit just down the road from us!Visit their website
