Community Harvest

This cider was first made as a part of our 2019 Community Cider initiative. We invited anyone in a stone's throw of Heartwood to bring us their crab apples, harvest apples, or any other interesting varieties that ripened in their backyards and hedgerows. We blended them all together and bottle-conditioned it for a month, and what emerged was a deliciously funky cider unlike any other in our lineup. We've done this every year since, and the 2023 vintage, which we're releasing now, has been sitting in an oak barrel since last fall. There's not much of it available.
