Spend an hour and a half digging in to the inspiring potential of regenerative agriculture. Join farmer/founder, Val for a passionate look at our orchards and pastures. Learn how we integrate small-breed pigs into our forest garden, grass-fed cattle between fruit and nut hedgerows, and weed-eating sheep into overgrown woodlands. Interact with the animals, and pick and taste seasonal fruit in our forest garden labyrinth.
Next, we will invite you into the ciderhouse to learn about the art and science that transforms fruit to cider, and the step-by-step processes that get our cider into bottles. From there, you'll be welcomed to relax on our woodland patio (or rain-sheltered orchard hoop house) to enjoy a curated tasting and lively conversation.
This experience includes a flight of four ciders, and a small platter of farm-raised snacks... and it will run rain or shine!
