During maple syrup season, we are welcoming guests to the farm in small gatherings that comply with public health requirements.
The sugar bush wakes up, spring warms the air, and the sap flows! You'll spend an hour with Heartwood's maple syrup team, learning about how syrup is made, care of the sugar bush, and some of the technologies and approaches that marry science and nature. There will be lots of opportunity for questions and curiosity.
In order to manage the numbers, and to keep these experiences more intimate, groups will be limited to 10 per time slot, with time slots being an hour each. You will be welcome to visit the farm store as well and take a bit of Heartwood home with you.
