Many of the cultural stories attached to the holidays revolve around barns, animals, mangers - around the more-than-human community we share the land with. Fitting then, that the Heartwood barn would be a place to celebrate, sing, and listen to stories as we prepare for the holidays.
Please join us as we welcome back our good friends Andrew Welch, who can spin a tale like nobody else, and Elswyth Fryer, whose music travels to the rafters. They will be joining us on the evening of Wednesday, December 21 ("bad weather date" of Thursday, December 22) for stories and song.
Gather with us around the warmth of our campfire, and in the festively decorated barn to share in the magic of this season of the longest night.
