We like to say we’re in the business of transformation. We enliven and awaken people by showing them the connections between all the things that make up a good life: sunlight to plants, grass to meat, fruit to juice, sap to syrup, cider to conversation.
We make delicious small-batch craft ciders, using ingredients from our farm and local community – apples from our forest garden, maple syrup tapped from our own trees, and other fruits like currants and peaches for our signature flavours or seasonal offerings.
Our ciders are dry and off-dry, sweetened just the right amount with maple syrup from our own trees –sophisticated and a bit adventurous, but still accessible, like a craft cider should be. We make 3 signature flagship ciders, and a rotating list of seasonal or experimental ciders we affectionately call “The Crazies”. Our ciders are gluten free.
