The Mistaken Identity is a popular strawberry co-ferment; we mash up the strawberries by hand and co-ferment them in the apple cider for two weeks to fully infuse the colour and flavour. This bottle-conditioned, unfiltered cider is a little funky, very strawberry-forward, and totally delicious.

6.8% ABV • 750ml bottle • no residual sugar (bone-dry)
Ingredients: Ontario apples, strawberries, sulphites.

Fun Perfect Summer Beverage

A great cider, not too sweet and absolutely perfect over a tall glass of ice. The strawberry notes make it perfect for spring / summer barbecues, pairs really well with meat and veg off the grill.

No Mistake Here

I used to say it was Summertime in a bottle but I rang in Spring Equinox with it and I think I'll redo it Springtime in a bottle. Fruity, a bit funky in a great way and with the pink blush of Springtime.
