Sometimes, we find ourselves craving a cider with no fancy ingredients added; just the pure blend of apples in all their glory. After a month of fermentation, and another six months of aging, we pulled this cider straight from the tank - we then bottle conditioned it and let it sit for another two months as it continued to mature. Bone dry, unfiltered, and bottled conditioned, enjoy this traditional cider in all its glory.
Really beautiful traditional cider. I usually go for their spicy offering (involving Eve going badass) bit this is great.
