A one and a half pound ring of traditional, farmers' sausage made from Grassy Flats Farm naturally-raised, heritage breed pork. Seasoned with salt, pepper and extra garlic, this is the kind of plain and simple pork sausage that's been a favourite of our family for generations. Not pre-cooked or cured, we love to pan fry, bake or bbq it.
